How does Russel being 3000 years old jive with Godric having "none standing higher than him in the New World"?
Wasn't Godric made just for True Blood? I read in the wiki that Eric's real sire is some Roman dude.The Magister, Magnus, is over 500 yrs old, Sophie about 1000 and Eric over 2000. Russel is the oldest vamp in the books series I think.
