He is not Nesteen. The Universe was reset. He never died.

And I want to know who River is right now. My friend Paddy has an interesting theory and it runs thus:

River is married to the Doctor. It doesn't need to be OUR doctor. It could be the one with the doctor's memories that ended up on the other side with Rose. Rose marries him and thus learns his real name. Then in the future she finds her way back. She's done it before.

She would be careful of spoilers because of the drama she went through with her father in series 1......

And Alex Kingston and Billie Piper kind of look like each other.....


I severely dislike that theory. It would make me miffed beyond measure.
