I wasn't calling anyone a wog, I was suggesting a likely parallel to the Ptolemies' attitude

It's clear that Cleopatra was mostly Greek with a a potential admixture of native Egyptian ancestry.
At most, one grandmother might not have been Greek, IIRC. The other three grandparents are accounted for & were Macedonian, I think. Native Egyptians were not black Africans though some may have been partly black; ethnically they were closer to Arabs and Berbers (Berber languages in particular are close to ancient Egyptian etymologically). Plus, considering that most of the Ptolemies married their sisters and nieces in what is arguably the longest-running history of direct family incest in recorded history, her family tree resembles a line, and there were limited opportunities for native Egyptians to diversify the DNA.
Also the Greek conquerors would have little incentive to interbreed with their alien subjects. However, I'm not sure why that means calling Egyptians "wogs" or placing the blame for the plight of Africa solely on the inability of said "wogs" to govern their "craptacular continent" is acceptable.
I was addressing a probable attitude of the Greek rulers towards their native subjects. I wasn't actually calling them less. The bit about the African was meant to suggest that Black Africans or their sympathizers are trying to claim Egypt as their kin/ancestors/heritage because they're embarassed about the lack of accomplishment or achievement otherwise. Said lack being more the fault of the craptacular continent in question, rather than a product of racial or cultural deficiencies.

I completely agree that the "black Cleopatra" syndrome is born of insecurities.
