It was a nice historical character story, and the scenes with the museum were very touching. The Doctor wasn't very smart about his mirror use though. If you can't see it where you're currently looking, rotate your body to change the angle until you can, don't just flip it back and forth at the same empty space where the creature clearly isn't at. Start at one corner and sweep the whole area. It's not time travel, man.
I found it interesting that some part of Amy still remembers Rory even though she doesn't realize it. With the tears and the bit about ginger babies. It seems like she might remember fully at some point.
One more stand-alone before the finale. I'm excited.
P.S. Yet more "I'm so stupid!" and "Doctor, you seem off" moments that fit in with my theory.

Did you spot a crack in this episode? I looked, but I couldn't find one.
I feel quite strongly that you should make a separate theory post (we have a category for it) officially stating the theory so that we can consolidate all our information before the finale episodes.
In addition to a jacket, the Doctor seems to be sporting a different watch in the forest in the Angels episode, by the way.
