Otherwise, it's the worst in the series by far. And the lighting sucks.


What with them cutting out way more than necessary and leaving a bare-bones story that's barely understandable anymore? PoA to some extent starts that trend, true, but in my memory it wasn't as bad as the later ones in that regard. And I really don't know what else so bothers you about PoA except the horrible CGI werewolf and, apparently, the lighting, but in terms of directing the characters and getting good performances, Cuaron did as good a job as any of the later directors, if not better.
