The victory conditions also make sense to me, but as you say: there are too many who claim a "No-Lynch" condition, which makes me wonder about the others. The other obvious role would by a Cult, as I have said before.

I agree with your assessment that Stephen's NK must have been personal. It's also how I read the role message when the body was found. But it also means that at least one Vampire was dangerous. Having an NK is not innocent. And if one was, then another may also be dangerous, namely Yuna. Combine this with the explicit mention of something that protects against Undead, and my hunch about a Cult...
