As my opening post did suggest there was nothing of interest for me this night. As far as I know I was not targeted, I also got visited by this zombie-muttering vagrant. In my meeting he also carried a bottle of wine but no more info came out of him. I did not target anyone with an action too.
You know I didn't even realize the guy in the opening message was a zombie, until you pointed it out? I never really saw the part where he said he was looking for brains. I really did think it was only flavor and read it a bit too fast...
Do I understand correctly that you are suggesting the "loud-mouthed pallid vagrant stumbling past your meeting place" visited you? Are you sure it's the same one, or are you guessing? And why do you think you are not targeted? Isn't being visited by a zombie kind of "being targeted"?
Still, no less than two people (Taiga and ranagrande) were visited by a zombie looking for brains. If this was a player, this person can visit two (more? any more zombie visitors?) players during one night, which seems unlikely. A more likely possibility is that there are two (more?) zombie players, both of whom visited another player and thus are likely to have coordinated their actions.
Even more likely, seeing how the person is mentioned in the opening post and having two characters with the same MO in a game based in a world like this is boring, is that the zombies are really NPCs.
Still, the number of fingers pointing in the direction of Undead is getting bigger. I think I'm going to stick on the cautious side with this and Vote: Yunalesca. Anybody willing to defend Yuna?
Oh, and I realized I never said anything about my night: I had a quiet night. No actions, no blocks, nothing.
I agree with Taiga. My character also saw this zombie NPC at night... he did not really "visit" me, he just happened to be seen on the street or something. There is no effect from him from what I can tell. I would guess he's related to the upcoming event today. Given the number of people who have seen him at night, it almost seems stranger that you did NOT see him. I wonder why only some of us saw him, though. Would be interested to know if any others saw him too, or if they did not.
In any case, I don't see how this would implicate Yunalesca.
