I should preface this by saying that I absolutely love this setup, it's utterly brilliant. Bravo, Bergioyn, bravo.
This is the 'reverse mafia' idea that was tossed around a few times. The townies are the smaller group with secret knowledge, the mafia the clueless mass. There are three four-man mafia teams, and three townies. Every mafia has an infiltrated townie among them, so their actual numbers are three per team. I assume they can communicate with each other, though you'd have to ask Hobo for the specifics. Anyway, they have to guide the mafia into destroying each other, so that eventually the townies outnumber the mafia and win.
Beetnemesis' death on Day 1 left the Italian mafia unguided, and by pure chance they killed Taiga on Night 1, who was the mole on the Russian mafia. So that left Hobo pretty much screwed. Rana had warned us about the mole already, but we didn't know who he was. Obviously, whoever had that information on your team decided not to share, as I've explained elsewhere.
As for the other question you probably have, I did warn Yunalesca about preparing a fake name during Night 1, and she replied to that, so I have no idea why she decided not to. I'm more mystified than you are, but by then I had to go through with it.
Any other questions you would like answered?
