So obviously Rana and Hobo are the Russians and you and I are the remaining Japanese and Townie, but we're both accusing the other of being the Japanese to confuse the Russians as to our real identity in case this needs to be forced into a draw. But you and I both know the truth of this matter.
I'm curious that you think that there may be another setup in this game than 3-3-3-3, I assume you're trying to pull a bluff (If so I recommend against it) because the only other possibility is something I'd discounted as impossible. You'd have to not know... You'd need to have had information withheld from you by allies mistrustful of you, have a snake up your sleeve where you expect to find an ace, and as a consequence be operating under completely incorrect understanding of this game. You'd have to believe that Hobo is your ally and that you're in fact on the brink of victory.
Please tell me this is not what you believe, because it's wrong, and I can explain why, but if you believed that you'd be telling the Russians exactly which of us is a Townie and which of us is a Japanese.
As you say, this case can be safely tested by voting for either Rana or Hobo. You want us to know where we stand? It all comes down to this:
Vote: Hobo
If you don't vote for Hobo... well, this game is over and I'll be happy to explain why.
I've no idea what you're talking about or do but don't want to admit it and am worried about the ace being a snake or am smugly sitting back smirking because my ace is and ace and not a snake or whatever and various other pointless circumlocutions but if you're whole line right now is that you're the japanese mafia, or whatever 'lone mafia' and is inspired by concerns, justified or general, that I+hobo or hobo+rana might be allied and you're about to spring the massive insight to any of us that Gasp! it is entirely possible our ally is a traitor, that's really pointless with this trio, both Rana and Hobo are very familiar with the idea of scum treachery and FYI one of my various 'clever tricks' since I routinely chat with mods anyway is that if I notice we're having very long nights and don't have a RBIRL mod I assume a heightened probability of 'infiltrator'. Handy as scum, but also a really good way to scan for mole-masons or cults. Less effective for mole masons, no nigh actions a lot times there, but a must do if you've got someone embedded in a group that does have night actions so you can act accordingly. Very darn obvious, especially to the guy who likes running multi-faction games, when a bunch of dead scummers start showing up. Considering Rana and Hobo, especially Hobo, have both had first hand experience with getting screwed that by infiltrators scum or town I'm kinda guessing it isn't gonna be a shocking reveal to either of them.
Now if you've got some other big reveal, I'll hear what you have to say. If you're about to play connect the dots to explain how X is stabbing Y in the back, go right ahead but it means nothing to me, which you may take as you please as either 1) I'm town with no known allies to backstab me, 2) I'm scum with no known allies to backstab me, or 3) I'm scum with an ally who I know won't backstab me because Y.
I'm certainly not going to unvote rana, your sudden dish of deep knowledge is either totally feigned and thus changes nothing or amounts to an admission you're a lone scummer who is convinced we have two scum left aligned, and so now I'm pretty much convinced you're scum but isolated scum which i already thought I'd have to be a moron to take my vote of Rana, who is either your ally you don't want me to lynch or allied with Hobo and for me killing either one is the same. That's kind of oh-duh, though now I'm worried neither one is scum and its really just 3-1 us vs you.
Ha, fun, I love this stuff.
