Jan 10: Lowered the cost categories for the Bribery action by one rank, as to allow it to work at equal DI scores.

Jan 11: Increased AP cost of the Recruit Unit Military Action, to compensate for the fact that all actual combat AP costs are lower than in Isaac's game. Also specified about giving out bonus VP for roleplaying or memorable actions.

Jan 14: Bombardment action revised.
Jan 14: Rare assets no longer count as Mining Facilities or Refineries.

Jan 15: Propose quarantine differential updated to reflect DD scores being inherently multiples of 2.

Jan 19: Updates actions to indicate that Senators/Councillors are identified with successful investigate player action.

Jan 21: Updated to make clear that recruitment can be monitored as troop movement.

Bunker build time increased from 30 seconds to 35 seconds.
