Luccio's note, sitting under jade disc the size of a coaster, explains what the items of the ritual are and details the process for the ritual.

Luccio explains in her note that she has no idea who this Cameron Massey is, but that if she understand the spell correctly he would have had to have been the sacrifice for the spell and that each of the remaining items would have had to have been dipped in his blood after he was flayed, likely in the chalice, meaning that every item will have some of his blood on it and even the tiny residuals would be enough for someone like Warden Dresden to hunt the items down if they have one to work with.

Luccio has instructed Mac to give the Disc into the keeping of whichever of you manages to complete a task for her first, and has also suggested to other leads you might pursue. Each player may choose any one, or none, of these contests to participate in and has until Saturday Afternoon to select.

Contest 1, "Meet up": Luccio says that she was going to meet a representative of the Church with more information on the Denarians at a bar near St. Mary of the Angels, but she forgot to ask which one, not really thinking there might be more than one. To participate in this contest, place "Meet up" in the title of a NB to the Mod and submit it. Your time stamps last two digits, 00-59, represent how long it takes you to get to the area, you may visit as many bars as you like (upto 5 ma, in the order you like, but you must name them and each visit takes 15 minutes, to walk to and search the place for the rep. Whoever gets there first gets the information packet and can show it to Mac to get the Disc. The bar the rep is at is a real location near the real church, as with prior contests.

Contest 2 "Browbeat Decker": Luccio has suggested a visit to 'that scum Decker' might not be a bad idea, as he might have leads on weird items like those specified in the ritual. If you go after Decker you will have to duel his Will vs your own, if you win by 1 or more you will get whatever info he has plus an item of your choosing from his inventory, if you tie you will only get the information. To select this option NB "Browbeat Decker" plus a RPS choice, Decker will have a new RPS choice selected for this event.

Contest 3 "Investigate Cameron Massey": Luccio has suggested you may wish to spend some time investigating Cameron Massey by visiting either his home, hunting through local records, or speaking with the police. If you choose this option, NB "Investigate Cameron Massey", pick either home, records, or police, and a RPS.

Again you may select only one of these contests, or none at all, although voting and even duels may continue [VNTL is currently 4] Twilight is suspended until the contest concludes and no result on the final outcome of the day will be given until after the contest is over. For this purpose, the auto-death option on any hammer vote cast during or prior to this contest conclusion, as Luccio will not be here to shoot some one through the head and Mac is too interested in what's going to gun anyone down. So if a hammer vote is cast right now, it may be withdrawn until after the contest concludes and recast for the 1 in 3 chance of auto-death, otherwise it goes straight to duel unless of course the lynchee declines... in which case twilight will still be delayed until after the contest concludes... the deadline for the contests remains Saturday Afternoon.
