I'm inclined to vote against ranagrande rather than Yunalesca because his description is somewhat closer to Darth_Katie's, it feels safer, but your reasoning is sound as well.

Another thing, however, is that this could have been done by an NPC, if only the first person there had a chance at the prize. If so, then the fire could just be game related to prevent anyone else from getting a chance after I failed. This is part of the reason I wanted to know what had happened with those who went for Decker. It's something I'd like to ask Isaac, but I'm not sure how to phrase it without it being gamebreaking.


I would also like to say that it makes more sense for rana to be telling the truth because he has been relatively inactive today. It makes sense he'd get his NB in last.

I highly doubt there's an NPC who actually gets the reward for getting there first. I don't see it happening.

Here's another thing too: the person who did get there first might be lying because they were given a reward and they don't want the DF's to know. I feel like what we did here without realizing it was similar to an RC. We're outting the players who now have extra abilities or perks or something.
