Initiative is your ability to act quickly in pressure situations, your speed is your rate of movement in hexes, and your amour class is your defense against physical attacks such as from weapons.
Hit Points/Bloodied: ( ) Healing Surges: Surge Value:
Your hit points represent the amount of damage you can take before collapsing. Your bloodied value is half that, and represents you have taken some significant wounds. The number in parenthesis is the amount of hit points gained with each level, I just forgot to remove it before sending it to you. Healing Surges are your ability to recuperate from the strains of combat, you can use them a number of times per day (mostly between encounters) to regain hit points equal to the Surge Value. Some abilities allow you to use Healing Surges in combat as well, notably the second wind, which you can use once per encounter as a standard action to regain hit points and gain a +2 bonus to all defenses until your next turn.
Skills Rank Score Total
These represent a number of acquired skills you have either trained in or some natural talent for. It translated pretty badly from my Word file, but the occasional first column with a '+5' means you are trained in that skill, the second column (or first in the untrained skills) represents your natural talent due to your base stats, and the final column is your overall bonus, including occasional +2 bonuses for your upbringing and nationality.

Balance and agility.
Athletics:
Performing physically straining exercises such as climbing or swimming.
Bluff:
Being deceitful.
Diplomacy:
