I've generally been assuming everyone is following the whole "9 PM EST" thing, but if anyone's getting confused over zones and daylight savings time, 9 PM EST is 2AM GMT (GReenwich MEridian) or 6 PM Western Coast. You can check your offset here though I think most of us are in N. American or UK/Europe time zones, I remember this caused some confusion some games back. Whichever, the deadlines about 7 hours from the timestamp on this message, for both Late and Full auctions, then you'll see the Crises and get your reports and you'll need to take actions and vote, which we can talk about after that all gets posted and updated.
