1Q - Unique: Ixian Heighliner Shipyard, Outcry**
This not the complete or set auction for the actual game, just the example with anything in the Crisis appearing. Generally any Crisis items appear as full round bids, they're for sale all day as opposed to just early or late.
*Items occasionally have asterisks indicating they get described below. In this case 'Diplomatic Training' is one of the three types of most common attribute raising. Sometimes they take not just the highest bid but say, the three highest, or might offer the service twice, but 1 for current scores of 1-2 and one for 3+, 'Intro to Diplomacy' and 'Advanced Diplomacy'. These academies are run by Caasi of Is'mod for Diplomacy, Zum Caron for Combat, and Hasimir Fenring for Intrigue. They aren't the only way to raise attributes, don't expect them in the first round though, same with our next example.
**Unique: Ixian Heighliner Shipyard, Outcry**
Loc: Ixian Heighliner Shipyard
Income: 2200 Ms
Special: Comes with 3 units of milita, counts as a Manufacturing Facility for all purposes.
Deadline: 10 PM EST, Thursday, 6 January
Auction: Outcry, MinBid: 6000 MS, min increment 100 MS
So, a unique item up for bid using outcry, which means in the game this item would be posted as a reply to the main auction with its details and players would just reply to it with their bids, each one having to be at least 100 MS higher than the last to count. Unique items are often public, lots of income, a decent militia on it though a player would want to station more there, maybe even a hero Mentat if they have one, because everyone knows where it is. It's listed as counting as a ManuFac, meaning if you had a +100 MS Mufac income bonus or a goal requiring 4 ManuFacs it would get that 100 MS income bonus andcount towards the goal. This item is most definitely not going to be up for sale on day 1, these are mid to late game types of things

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.
