To get around the problems mentioned by D_K, the mod could design some penalties for posting in one's 'normal' style. I have an idea in mind, but saying what it is would spoil it.
I know certain words or phrases I seem to use frequently, but not enough to change from my 'normal' style.
I think you'd have a hard time deciding when to penalize a player. How much is 'their' style? Are you seeing more than is really there because you as mod know who each player is?
I just don't think it's clear-cut enough to regulate very well.
(Though now that I think about it and examine my post, I'm seeing all kinds of things.)
