Name: Kael Navnam
Player: Hieshyn
Background: Shienar
Class: Asha'man
Gender: Male
Age: 26
Description: At twenty six years old I have discarded the topknot common amongst the men of my people because as a male channeler, a man who resembles those who broke the world, I feel I can never truly be the protector of anything, especially not against the Blight. I have blonde hair that goes to my shoulders and I have eyes of a deep green, uncommon enough in the borderlands, compounded by my unholy ability. I stand somewhat short, but as a former soldier I more than make up for it in other ways.
I lost my mother shortly after my birth in a Trolloc raid of our village. From then on I went with my father to travel along with the militia until I was around six or seven, the years were too much a blur to remember when he was cut down when the Aiel crossed the Dragonwall to take their vengence upon King Laman. Sworn to kill any Shadowspawn I encountered (in my eyes the savage Aiel were included) in an act of revenge, I joined up with the Sheinarian army in hopes of crossing paths with as many of these foul creatures as possible.
At twenty three I channeled for the first time, sending my commanding officer through the wall of his tent in an enraged rush of woven Air. Needless to say, I had to fight my way out of camp, luckily we were near the edge of camp, a show of confidence in the men by our Commander. I then was on the run. Not only were there Sheinarians looking for me, but Aes Sedai caught wind of a man who could channel and were hunting me. Luckily enough one village I passed through on my frantic travels was being... tested, by strange men in black coats.
Their leader a Mazrim Taim, came to me and asked if I would like to be tested to see if I can channel, so he could teach me to use it of all things! I sensed his earnest honesty and I told him in a hoarse whisper that I already knoew I could. After that he took me back to his training ground, the Black Tower he called it, and he began to teach me to control this curse...
