I NEED YOUR HELP WITH SOMETHING....
We have an employee that we hired 3.5 years ago. She hasn't followed through with anything she said she would.
Now, due to somewhat of a default situation, she may be eligible for a promotion in November.
During her review she said, if she gets promoted, she will do all the things she promised she would when hired.
She seems to have no interest in doing the things she has promised now but appears to be holding out on them in order to get promoted.
What would you do?
Good advice only, as if everything depends our company survival.
