I even tried to watch Season 2 but none of these people are really anyone I care about so it doesn't matter which side wins. Also, even by Season 2 I was still confused about who was who because so many of them look alike. Also, Georgerr Martin seems to be indicating there was some ethnic cleansing or something so that no black Targaryans survive this little war.
I was starting to think that I was just souring on pop TV or stupid TV generally but then I watched all 5 episodes of Season 6 of Cobra Kai in one sitting, so it's clearly not that.
What I'm REALLY waiting for, though, is the sequel to Wolf Hall that's supposed to come out soon, but not soon enough.
