then yes, the article is hyperbole. Though I know they are stating during human history. Still, that won't get as many clicks. And yes I am quite cynical about "clicks" and advertising dollars leading to sensationalist headlines. No different than the Yellow Journalism period in American history during the 1890s.

I mean we could argue that Earth's hottest day was when it was forming into a planet. But leaving that period aside, scientifically the hottest day would have had to have been hundreds of millions of years ago.
Yes, it is clickbait. Even more irritating, it will be regurgitated by climate activists with room temperature IQs as if it was scientific fact for all history. Not for 84 years.
