I'm not sure I've ever had a client, either as an attorney or when I was working with the public defenders as a law student, who was in the country illegally. I did have one client who was legally seeking asylum. The offense rates for illegal immigrants is astonishingly low, and if people aren't committing crimes, I don't much care at all if they're coming into the country illegally.
The only issue I see is that they are not paying a decent amount of taxes, but given that most of them would happily trade taxes for legal residence, I don't view that as much of an issue.
Much more concerning to me are, well, all of the topics listed in Agenda 47, like [outlawing gender transition "at any age](https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-vows-punish-doctors-hospitals-173119606.html), or removing race-related information from school curricula, or further developing fossil fuel energy sources, or pursuing unitary executive theory, or putting more conservative justices on a Supreme Court already reversing critical decisions on rights like abortion.
