In Montana, death is the only reason allowed for replacing the nominee on a Presidential ballot.

Nevada has no process for removing a nominee, even if they withdraw.

There are a couple of states where the candidate must be certified by August 22nd, which would be day 2 of the Dem Convention. If Harris is challenged at the convention, those states would have to waive their deadlines for whomever ends up being nominated to appear on the ballot.
