Trump is a Trumpist. Republicans are Republicans. The Shrike Send a noteboard - 10/07/2024 11:09:05 AM

Trump has been a Democrat. He has been an Independent. Now he is running again as a Republican. As someone who watched him for a very long time, he has always been about Trump. I am not sure what he truly believes in. But there will be compromises between what he thinks his voters want and what is in the Republican national platform. There always is. There are many issues on which I will side with the Republicans on these days. I have always considered myself a Centrist, who has thus far always voted "blue", but certain geopolitical events of the past few years and the different response by "red" and "blue" will possibly cause me to choose a different color in November.
