Now that both tournaments are in the quarterfinals, why does Copa America go straight to penalty kicks when regulation ends in a tie, while Euro 2024 plays 30 minutes of extra time before doing so? Why the different rules? I prefer seeing the extra time but apparently Copa America is only doing so for the final.
