This has been going on for a long time - Edit 1

And it's been pretty obvious because when you see him speak he often doesn't correct his misstatements. He forgets things, a lot. But here's a statement from the report:

<“Mr. Biden’s memory was significantly limited, both during his recorded interviews with the ghostwriter in 2017, and in his interview with our office in 2023.”/quote>

So they listened to the recordings of Biden talking to his ghostwrite from 7 years ago, and could tell his memory was "significantly limited". His handlers have tried to keep him out of the public spotlight as much as they could while running him for President, but THEY KNEW. Either this report is a total fabrication OR they ran a dementia patient for president and lied about it. Since then he's gotten worse.

I mean, George W Bush was also famous for his blunders, but that didn't mean he had lost his mental faculties.
View original postBest case scenario is that we elect whichever of these two clowns is nearest death, and his VP gets a promotion in 2025, I think.

Harsh - even a weakened Biden would still be miles better not only than Trump, but also than some of the VP candidates Trump is mulling over.

If his VP was Haley, Pompeo, Scott, Ernst, Pence again, that'd be one thing - but can you imagine MTG or Gaetz as president? Or Stefanik, who, while she probably does have the capacity to do the job unlike Trump or those other two, would always be tainted by everybody knowing that she got it almost entirely based on her brownnosing skills?

I really don't see MTG or Gaetz as the VP candidate, but I guess you never know. President Trump wouldn't have been possible if the Hillary! campaign hadn't worked so hard to make sure he won the Republican primary in 2016, and we wouldn't be talking about Trump 2024 if the Dems were running a healthy human for re-election right now which would be what we would be looking at if they ran one in 2020.

But as a long-time Republican, I share some blame for Trump even though I live in Alabama where my primary vote for a different Republican is essentially a fart in a hurricane, and my votes (L) for president in 2016 and 2020 were equally momentous.
