I keep shouting that because people seem to be ignoring it. Their political messaging is more important than plot, character development, character authenticity, world building, pacing, design or tone. The political messaging is the only thing they care about. Everything else is secondary.

It's like the absolutely inane and unwatchable "Ahsoka" - the entire thing is a paean to "girl power" but the characters are all flat and lifeless.

Political correctness is the pettiest form of casuistry.
