Basically, I meant that Rand and Mat are hugging like they are the book characters, rather than two guys who parted as they did last season. Bitching and sniping the whole way to Tar Valon, where Mat promptly became an invalid and they exchanged about zero lines until he just decided not to follow the gang into the Waygate.
