I have to admit - this was actually a "good" episode Anonymous2000 Send a noteboard - 23/09/2023 08:45:35 PM

I didn't want it to end and look forward to E7. A few points:

  1. Egwene's torture was brutal and made me feel bad for her. Yikes!
  2. Love Rand and Lanfear (which was always a highlight of the books for me).
  3. No Perrin made the episode better. I never liked Perrin in the books and routinely skimmed his chapters.
  4. Lan is worthless and so are his scenes (at least up until now).
  5. Moiraine is pretty worthless as well. Bad idea stilling/shielding her. How can she help/protect Rand?
  6. Min being an accidental or reluctance dark friend is interesting, but not sure where that is heading.
  7. Mat has been pointless.

Overall, the Seanchan storyline is fine, but we need more explanation, back story and history on what is going on. Arthur Hawkwing please.

Still need a coherent storyline.....what is Rand doing and why? What about the horn? Still no prophecy on Tear and callandor for the Dragon Reborn? How will Rand prove what he is? This needs to be addressed or alluded to in the last 2 episodes.
