Quite sparsely populated, quite cold and far north. We are negatively impacted today by more extreme rainfalls (leading to flooding and loss of crops), as well as longer dry spells (and no, these are not mutually exclusive). Both of these issues are predicted to get worse in a hotter world.

In fact, one of the arguments for fighting climate change is economical: cutting fossil fuels now is cheaper than relocating, rebuilding infrastructure after worse storms etc for the next century.
