If you don't fix this immediately, I will jump through your hoops as long as it takes to get it fixed, and then I will immediately switch to Verizon forever!

I don't know what else might shake them. I had AT&T chase me for a year-and-a-half for a $2.xx phone bill that, every time I got ahold of a live person, they said I didn't owe after all before they finally wrote it off. Just bill after bill and threats to send me to collections until finally one day it stopped.

Why didn't I just pay the 2 dollars? Principle, dammit!
