Which is why I touched on Casey and Roe.
That's not to say that I don't feel this way about a multitude of other issues which applied the same Roe/Casey idea of the "Raiders of the Lost Rights" judicial philosophy of hunting for and subsequently inventing rights in the constitution where none previously existed.
I'm happy to talk about those cases too, but none of them are the topic of this discussion.
I am making it the issue of discussion for this sub thread. We have a beautiful system here with how one does comments.
