And it's been a while, so I may not be remembering something....But after they meet at Fal Dara, Suian and Moiraine never see each other again. Moiraine hangs out in the Boarderlands for a while, and shows up at Falme after all the action is done. Looses Rand and catches up with him in Tear. Goes to the Three Fold Land....and then goes through a doorway in Cairhein. She is eventually brought back after Mat & Thom rescue her. And then its the Last Battle/Game on from them on out.

Its not even the definition of a long distance relationship....
Granted, there isn't much there for Thom, but it's more than Suian.
