View original postYes, there are a lot of problems with the production and choices made on the script, but seriously, it's a no win situation. The source materials.....dialogue, prose, characters, men vs women, etc., are smoothed out in the minds of readers, but smash you in the face on the screen.
I feel the writing team did make entirely unnecessary mistakes and made some plain bad choices, but for sure it was always going to be difficult to adapt.
