I'm not talking about the police presence in DC only, over the summer. I'm talking about all over, including Portland, Minneapolis, etc. Police presence was heavy everywhere, as was the response, including attacks on the press that are on video.

At that time, comparisons were made to how different in amount and violence the police presence was during the anti-mask protests and riots. I think the insurrection on the 6th serves as a better comparison now.
