If there is a silver lining, it is that she got it at a time when our understanding of it is so much better, as is our ability to treat it.

Still, this is not easy to live through, I'm sure, especially for you, who must hold in your frustration and desire to act because of this crapshoot of a situation.

Stay strong and let's all hope as strongly as we can that you'll have good news to share soon. And reach out if you need any help.


She’s only 42 and normally in good health. She should be okay but I’m still worried sick.
