they change the rules? Pack the court. Get rid of the Electoral College. Get rid of the filibuster.

So we're getting away from a Republic and going for mob rule. Is that what I'm seeing?

When the Republicans lose they change the Rules.

We can list back and for and make those "lists" but merely the fact we have to make those lists means there is no consensus. Shame only works when you already half believe what you are being accused of breaking the bonds of hypocrisy. You have to have buy in.

Else you do "Reactance" (a psychology term) especially in places of tribal loyalty, especially places of domination and humiliation and the very nature of Congress / Parliament is a place full of domination and humilation.

Edit: The title is a joke, no amount of shame will change my opinion of tik for tak to tic for tac or tit for tat. MUWHHAHAHA I am enjoying the absurdity for I am demonstrating the absurd and no amount of language shaming will change my behavior
