She is against reforming / removing the filibuster, but also increasing the number of justices on the court.

Also because of seniority rules* she is in charge of Judiciary if the Democrats retake the senate and she is currently the ranking member of the Dems on Judiciary while they are in the minority.

*Rules can be changed of course. But if you are only going to get 1 or 2 seats majority after the 2020 election you can't screw any specific Senate member even if that Senator is screwing the party and the country.
