The chance of it happening in the next 2 years is Nil, like the same for 4 years. I stop trying to predict 4+ years out.

A bigger source of hope is coming from Europe and their Anti-Trust / Pro-Privacy. That and also younger people replacing older people at various places in society.

Hope can also occur from California but something improves in California it is not going to happen due to the Governor but instead other people in that Administration.

Of course Lobbyists, Corporate Dems, Corporate Republicans are going to fight this tooth and nail in Washington. But all you need to do is start making movement for the threat of worse action may cause a moderate bill to happen. I just have no hope that Trump or Biden would lead the charge to create pressure, it is literally against both of their nature.
