Regarding whether racist or not, below is link with comments that can be taken as racist, the one that sticks in my mind the most being:

'So interesting to see "Progressive" Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run. Why don't they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how it is done. These places need your help badly, you can't leave fast enough. I'm sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!'

that was directed to people born in the USA.

Now, a lot of this could be matter of interpretation, but then likely some of Biden's could as well - e.g. the video linked in the OP - maybe he would have said that to anyone asking the question that was asked.

Regarding what he campaigned on, I looked up some sort of tracker (Tump-o-Meter) which if including compromises, suggests around 50% of promises kept, which seems pretty good to be honest, though big ones like the border wall and repealing Obamacare haven't occurred, but depends on what you wanted to see occur really.

Regarding your history stuff, while accurate, I think it does skip over the Southern strategy, where the former solid Democrat South became pretty solid Republican, and I feel that does tarnish the Republican party somewhat when it comes to that side of things.

I won't comment on the stuff around the democrat's approaches, cancel culture etc, as not from USA as not close enough to know how accurate that is.

Regarding the polling side though, while up until this year I felt Trump was likely to be reelected, it does feel that the current polling spread is higher than it was for Clinton vs Trump at this point in time.
