https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8pEYw8PcBas Switzerland 1988 - another case of getting foreigners to win for you though at least they didn't steal from poor France but from Quebec that time... Celine Dion's outfit is remarkably hideous if you ask me, but of course she's always had one hell of a voice.
