A talent is a specific weight of precious metal. It has nothing to do with ability.
Why should those workers own it? They didn't come up with the idea. They didn't take the chance with initial capital. They didn't risk anything making that business.
Working at a company for decades is a lot more intense than the "risk" a shareholder has when they invest in a startup corporation.
Me? I'm fine. I mean, I wish I didn't have to worry about fighting my insurance company every so often, but I've enjoyed a comfortable financial existence my entire life and, barring disaster, can reasonably expect to until I die.
...hoo boy. You need to read some Saint Chrysostom. Or Jesus. Either, really. Though Chrysostom goes into it a bit more deeply than Christ.

"Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God."
"Judeo-Christian" is an entirely meaningless phrase that's used to mask supersessionist views. Judaism is perhaps even less forgiving of extreme wealth than Christianity.
