I don't know how they are managing in Louisiana, but here in Connecticut we have strict rules in the grocery stores. Obviously everyone has to wear a mask. All aisles have been set up and alternating one-way only to help mitigate traffic congestion. There are taped lines on the floor for the space required between those waiting to check out. There is also someone at the door counting those entering and leaving. If a certain threshold is reached, you have to wait outside for someone to leave before you can enter.
Didn't look like any of that was being done at the many marches in excess of 5,000.
