I don't care what Ron Paul did before. I do, but not with regard to his views of the coronavirus.

But take his name away from this article, and it is still wrong. Not the broader point that governments can go overboard with emergency powers, but that this situation doesn't merit grave concern.

Thing is, the graveness of the situation doesn't have to be reduced to make that point. That he feels the need to shows a serious lack of understanding of the situation. We are barely beginning to take this seriously <I>enough</I>.
