View original postTrump's biggest concern seems to be what his biggest concern always is, how this affect Trump. He is worried, and rightfully so, that reactions to the virus will damage his primary argument to be relected, the economy. The problem is his default reaction to facts he doesn't like is find someone who ho will give him answers he does like.
View original postHe wants to believe that travel restrictions will help even though we already have community transmission so believes it. He doesn't like the Europeans so he believes they are the problem. There isn't any reasoning behind his decisions just a lot of rationalization. Since his base functions the same way it has worked for until now.
