I will wait until it is out there to see, and then I'll observe those I trust in such regards (many of you) to watch it and let me know if it is worth it or not.
Until then, I will selective with the shows I watch (probably re-watching some of my favorite shows), and continue eating food which is apparently out of fashion (like pasta still retaining its gluten, and meals not specifically designed around a vegan lifestyle).

My tests at the doctor recently showed both high blood pressure and high cholesterol so I have become something of a Flexitarian to reduce these high numbers without having to go on pills. Morning meals are oatmeal. Mid morning some fruit. Lunch is now salad with tofu or mushrooms for protein. I have discovered that Tofu can be tasty. Who knew? Mid afternoon some nuts (good for lowering cholesterol). Dinner is now fish 2 nights a week, vegan 1 night of the week, and lean protein like ground turkey or chicken the other 4 nights a week. With fruit for dessert since family has a history of diabetes and I do not want that. Oh and milk for coffee replaced with almond milk (Califia is delicious) to lower a source of saturated fats. While I am not a vegan, I can see myself becoming one at some point. Though I am doing it for health and with no holier than thou motto. It's just what is working.
