I think Spygate was overblown (not to mention the guy who "exposed" it was probably one of perpetrators and kept his mouth shut until it became personally convenient) and Deflate gate was a joke, and while I don't normally like taking things out of school, I don't mind Brady suing over his treatment by the league investigation.
I heard the Rams DB who benefited from the non-call of pass interference on the Saints' last drive was fined by the league. He committed an on-field penalty which is not normally fined and gets fined because the officials failed to do their job properly. I mean, WTF?
He also got penalized early in the Super Bowl for hitting a defenseless receiver. The rationalization given by the officiating shrill on the broadcast team was that he didn't give the receiver a chance to run. Are you SHITTING me? Clearly the officials were looking to nail the guy early to make amends for their colleagues' screw-up in the conference championship. The optics were bad, because the RB was stood up and bent backward, but it was just a hard hit with no illegal moves.
