I think there are a ton of people who have very selective outrage about this issue. I think that because separating children from their parents is something the legal system has done for a long time, and is often considered the BEST thing that can be done in a bad situation.

Except in this case, it's suddenly considered the WORST thing that can be done, and I don't buy it.

If you want to convince me that you personally have always thought that this is a horrible abuse by government, that would probably be fairly easy for you to do, I guess.

Hollywood has the best moral compass, because it has compassion.
