As far as your silly claim that the Democrats are powerless, they have the Flores decision in their back pocket with which to challenge today's Executive Order. The Supreme Court has already refused to review that decision. End running the inability to get legislation passed via an activist judiciary has long been in the toolbox employed by the Left. Particularly in the Ninth Circuit Court. Guess where Flores was decided?
