Republicans used to have quite a number of principles and standards. Now, it seems they, or at least the Trump fanboys among them, have just one: anything that annoys the liberal establishment is good. And nothing else matters. Hence the adoration for Trump without the least interest in whether he achieves anything of substance - he's a great president because he's truly without peer when it comes to annoying the liberal establishment. And hence the new criteria for Republican primaries: what matters is if the candidate praised and imitated Trump enough. I never thought I'd be sad to see the back of Mark Sanford, but at least the guy had a spine.
So. Trump and the little rocket man.

The point is, in a negotiation, it's about what things are worth to the other side - not to you.

As I said to Cannoli - it's not about what it costs the US, but about what it's worth to North Korea

The conservative never-Trumpers hate him as much, if not more, than the liberals.

If you think it's mostly Democrats, you're partisan enough to be a part of the problem.
