The FBI illegally and improperly obtained a warrant by lying to a judge. This warrant was ultimately key to my client's indictment. It's not about the dossier being fruit of the poisonous tree. It's about the FISA warrant being fruit of the poisonous tree. I'm not saying I'd win but I would take that fucker all the way to the Supreme Court if I could.
